Decorating, mainly as subcontractors or trade contractors to main or
management contractors within the construction industry
Hobdell have an excellent reputation with schools within the M25 for
whom they provide a quick clean high quality service. Hobdell have a long
history of providing services to schools and understand their unique
needs.The nature of the company's activities requires a high standard of regard
for experience, expertise, capability, reliability,
safety and
inter-related skills within the company.
The directors of David Hobdell Building Ltd recognise the needs and
requirements for quality assurance in the areas which they operate and
are fully committed to the establishment of an effective quality
management system. The aim of the system is to comply fully with our
contractual responsibilities so that requirements of our customers are
fulfilled.
To assist in achieving these aims, the Board of Directors have appointed
a Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible to them for
introduction. documentation and implementation of the system.
The Quality Assurance Manager will have a direct reporting link to the
Chief Executive on all quality matters.
Hobdell are accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety
Assessment Scheme (CHAS). Who are dedicated to completing
health and safety pre-qualification assessments to a nationally
recognised and accepted threshold standard.
We have also been approved by SMAS and hold a Worksafe
Contractor Membership Certificate
